For the Rice

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thighs or breats into small cubes then marinate
  2. In a pan, add oil then pan fry the chicken until cooked through then set aside. (you can cook it in the oven at 200 degrees)
  3. In a pan, add oil then the chopped veggies and stir. Season with salt, pepper & paprika then add soy sauce and the rice and stir.
  4. Add the cooked chicken, garnish with cabbage and spring onion.
