Pumpkin Béchamel Pie

  1. Add 1/2 cup of sugar to the peeled and diced pumpkins , and leave them for half an hour.
  2. On heat , let the pumpkin cook , then add vanilla.
  3. Smash it with a fork and add coconut , cinnamon and mix them well.
  4. Put the pumpkin in the containers that will enter the oven as a first layer.

Béchamel

  1. In a pot, add butter and flour. Mix them well.
  2. Add the sugar syrup strained from cooking the pumpkin and mix.
  3. Add the 1.5 cup of milk gradually and mix .
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of clotted cream and vanilla .
  5. Add the béchamel on top of the pumpkin in the containers as a second layer.
  6. Put it in the oven on 180 degrees and let it bake till it get a color.
