Instructions
Peel & slice potatoes into wedges
In boiling water, add salt and the wedges and let it cook on medium heat for 5 minutes
Strain wedges and let it chill
In a bowl, add flour, cornstarch, all the spices, rayeb and gradually add the cold water
Add wedges to the mixture and mix
Deep fry or air-fry the wedges on medium-high heat until golden
