  1. Peel & slice potatoes into wedges
  2. In boiling water, add salt and the wedges and let it cook on medium heat for 5 minutes
  3. Strain wedges and let it chill
  4. In a bowl, add flour, cornstarch, all the spices, rayeb and gradually add the cold water
  5. Add wedges to the mixture and mix
  6. Deep fry or air-fry the wedges on medium-high heat until golden
