In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and onion, sauté until tender. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart, cook until browned, then add salt and pepper. set aside.

Melt ghee in a small sauce pan or in the microwave. Take a phyllo sheet, place on a clean work surface and brush with melted ghee. Lay another sheet on top and brush with more melted ghee to coat the entire sheet. Repeat for 3-4 layers total.

Place some minced meat along the bottom edge. Roll up into a cylindrical shape. Repeat for all remaining phyllo sheets and minced meat. Curl them around and place in a baking tray brushed with ghee, brush some ghee on top once placed.

To prepare the milk mixture, in a deep bowl, beat the egg and add the milk, add some baking powder, then sprinkle some salt and pepper and nutmeg. Carefully pour into the dish, tilt the dish in all directions so the milk mixture will spread evenly. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and black seeds.

Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until cooked.
