  1. In a bowl, whisk the butter with electric mixer.
  2. Sift powdered sugar on the butter. Add egg yolk, vanilla and whisk again.
  3. Prepare flour with a pinch of salt then sift on the butter mixture. (If you want, you can replace 1/4 cup flour with raw cocoa and make sure to sift it).
  4. Knead using hands.
  5. Use pastry bag or the pettifor machine (stripper) to make the pettifor shapes.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 5 minutes.
  7. I garnished with milk chocolate and white chocolate but you can use jam or anything you prefer.
