In a bowl, whisk the butter with electric mixer.

Sift powdered sugar on the butter. Add egg yolk, vanilla and whisk again.

Prepare flour with a pinch of salt then sift on the butter mixture. (If you want, you can replace 1/4 cup flour with raw cocoa and make sure to sift it).

Knead using hands.

Use pastry bag or the pettifor machine (stripper) to make the pettifor shapes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 5 minutes.

I garnished with milk chocolate and white chocolate but you can use jam or anything you prefer.
