Pasta with Sausage and Mushrooms
Description
This recipe is easy, quick, and requires only one pot. Brown the sausage pieces, then add the vegetables, tomatoes, and pasta with tomato juice and water. Cook until done, then garnish with parsley.

In a pot over heat, add a little oil and the sausage cut into small pieces, then brown until cooked.
Add the bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, and chopped tomato, then stir everything together.
Add the garlic and continue stirring.
Add the uncooked pasta and stir it into the mixture.
Add 1 cup of tomato juice and half a cup of water, then stir.
Season with salt, black pepper, and optional sliced black olives. Serve the dish garnished with parsley.
