Instructions

  1. In a pan, add oil then the minced beef. Season with salt, pepper & nutmeg.
  2. Add minced onion, garlic and tomato. Stir well.
  3. Cook pasta then add the minced beef and stir well.
  4. Stack the pasta in a cake pan.
  5. Bechamel: In a pan, add flour and butter and whisk well then add the milk and season with salt, pepper, stock and nutmeg.
  6. Add the bechamel sauce to the pasta in the cake pan.
  7. Add grated cheese on top.
  8. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes
