Mix chia seeds, oats, and vanilla with any liquid of your choice (milk, yogurt, coconut milk, mango juice, or strawberry juice) well.
Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight (preferably) until it sets.
You can garnish the pudding in the morning with any type of fruit or honey you like.
