  1. Wipe the mushrooms well with paper towels or a cloth. Slice the mushrooms.
  2. In a deep pot, put the butter, oil, thyme and the mushroom slices. Sauté until the mushrooms become light golden.
  3. Add onions, salt and pepper and stir until the mushrooms become slightly darker.
  4. Add garlic and stir. Sprinkle over the flour and stir until it disappears. Add the Chicken broth and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Put half the soup in the blender and mix it well. Return the blended amount over the soup again, stir, then add the cooking cream and stir well.
