Honey Mustard Sauce

Instructions
Chop the mozzarella sticks for the bonbon.
Empty chunky packet on 2 bowls. Add water in one bowl and leave the other as is.
Dip the mozzarella sticks in the dry mixture then the wet mixture then back again in the dry mixture. Repeat this process to do double coating.
Put the mozzarella sticks in the freezer preferably overnight.
Fry the mozzarella sticks & bonbons.
Prepare the honey mustard sauce.
