The Beef

  1. Mince onion and chop bell pepper
  2. In a hot pan, add oil then the minced onion then the pepper
  3. Add the minced beef season with salt & pepper then add tomato juice

Bechamel

  1. In a pan, add butter & flour and stir until creamy
  2. Gradually add the milk and season with salt, pepper & nutmeg

  1. Slice egg plant and fry or grill

Layering

  1. In a pyrex, add a layer of tomato juice
  2. Add minced meat to each egg plant slice and roll it like in the video
  3. Add eggplant rolls to the pyrex then the bechamel sauce on top
  4. Grill in the oven and enjoy
