Moroccan Meat Tajine With Prunes

In a large bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing onion water, black pepper, paprika, salt, turmeric, and curry.
Pour the marinade over the beef cubes and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
In a large pot, add ghee, the marinated beef, sliced onions and cook until fragrant.
Mix hot water and tomato paste, then pour it on the meat.
In a small bowl, add hot water on the prunes, leave them for 15 minutes and then add it to the pot.
Season with salt.
Leave the meat to cook for 30 minutes.
