The Stuffing

In a bowl, mix flour, sesame, kahak species, salt and baking powder.

Add yeast, sugar, ghee, oil and mix well.

Add the warm milk, rose water and knead but not too much.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Take part of the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin, then cut the edges using a knife to make them straight.

Add the ajwa roll on one side of the dough, wrap it with the dough, tightly close it and cut it into pieces.

Other method: Add a thin layer of ajwa on the dough, roll them and cut it into pieces.

Cover the pieces and let them rest for an hour.

Optional step: Brush the pieces with egg white/milk and cover them with sesame.

Bake in a preheated oven from 10 to 15 minutes maximum on 180 degrees Celsius till it take the golden color from the bottom.

Turn off the bottom flame and turn on the grill to take a golden color from the top.

Mix butter, kahak species and ajwa.

Mix in a pan over low heat while stirring.
