Instructions

  1. To make the enchilada sauce: put the oil with the flour in a pot and sauté the flour for 4-5 minutes, then add the broth and stir well, then add the tomatoes and all the other ingredients, boil for 4-5 minutes and remove from the heat
  2. To make the chili con carne: Fry the onion in a hot pot with oil, add the garlic, then add the meat and stir
  3. Add all the con carne spices, then the beans and the rest of the ingredients and leave to boil for 3-4 minutes
  4. We take a tortilla piece, put a quantity of chili con carne, wrap it like a shawarma, put it on a baking tray, and stuff the rest of the pieces
  5. Pour the enchilada sauce over it, then sprinkle the grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes, and brown the top
  6. Sprinkle with green onions and green coriander
  7. Served with sour cream
