Instructions

Season beef with salt & pepper.

In a pan, add ghee then pan fry the beef.

In the same pan add onion, chopped carrot, celery, black peppercorns, garlic, bay leaves and salt.

Add water then slow cook the beef on medium heat.

Grind all spices together.

In a pan, add olive oil then diced onion and garlic. Add chili pepper, give it a mix then set aside.

Add tomato paste, chopped tomato, spices and sugar.

Let it simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the pasta and cooked beef.

Add coriander and enjoy.
