Instructions

  1. In a salad bowl, add the arugula, basil, sweetcorn and red kidney beans.
  2. Chop mango into cubes and add to the salad.
  3. Marinade chicken with the BBQ blend and olive oil. Pan fry on high heat then set aside and cut into cubes.
  4. Add the chicken to the salad along with buffalo mozzarella and roasted almonds.
  5. Prepare the sweet and sour dressing by adding oil and water (follow pack instructions) then add to the salad and enjoy.
