Macaroni Béchamel with Shawerma

Slice chicken breasts into thin slices then marinade with shawerma spice mix (I used Knorr and followed the instructions on the pack)

Prepare the bechamel: In a pan, melt the butter, add flour and mix until fully dissolved then gradually add the milk while stirring - Season with salt & pepper

Cook the shawerma: In a pan, add oil and the shawerma and stir until cooked

In a pyrex, put 2/3 pasta and mix it with bechamel then add the shawerma then another layer of the remaining pasta and top it off with a layer of bechamel sauce

Put the pyrex in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius then when it boils turn on the grill until bechamel is red
