Macaroni Béchamel with Shawerma

  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin slices then marinade with shawerma spice mix (I used Knorr and followed the instructions on the pack)
  2. Prepare the bechamel: In a pan, melt the butter, add flour and mix until fully dissolved then gradually add the milk while stirring - Season with salt & pepper
  3. Cook the shawerma: In a pan, add oil and the shawerma and stir until cooked
  4. In a pyrex, put 2/3 pasta and mix it with bechamel then add the shawerma then another layer of the remaining pasta and top it off with a layer of bechamel sauce
  5. Put the pyrex in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius then when it boils turn on the grill until bechamel is red
