In a blender, blend light cream cheese, Greek yoghurt, egg, vanilla extract, stevia and protein powder.

Add the mixture to a baking pan, add some blueberries and bake it at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

Store it in the fridge for an hour.

Prepare the blueberry jam by adding to a pan 150 grams of frozen blueberries and 10 grams of corn flour mixed with water, and mix slowly until it is nice and thick.

Add on top of it crushed biscuits and melted white chocolate .
