Low Calorie Blueberry Cheesecake

  1. In a blender, blend light cream cheese⁣⁣⁣, Greek yoghurt, egg, vanilla extract, stevia ⁣⁣⁣⁣and protein powder.
  2. Add the mixture to a baking pan⁣⁣⁣⁣, add some blueberries ⁣⁣⁣and bake it at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
  3. Store it in the fridge for an hour.
  4. Prepare the blueberry jam by adding to a pan 150 grams of frozen blueberries⁣⁣⁣⁣ and 10 grams of corn flour mixed with water⁣⁣⁣⁣, and mix slowly until it is nice and thick⁣⁣⁣⁣.
  5. Add on top of it crushed biscuits and melted white chocolate .
