  1. Mix minced garlic, minced chili pepper (optional), dry coriander, cumin, salt, vinegar, lemon juice and chili powder.
  2. In a pan , put a lot of oil and half of the prepared marinade .
  3. Add the liver till it changes color, then add the other half of the prepared marinade.
  4. Leave it to cook for 6 to 7 minutes .
  5. Add slices of chili pepper or green bell pepper on top .
  6. Put it in bread and enjoy.
