Chop veggies into small pieces

In a hot pan, add the minced beef. When cooked, add grape juice and chopped onion. Then add the rest of the veggies. Season with Italian spices, salt & pepper.

Add tomato paste and stir for one minute. Then add tomato puree, stock, fresh thyme. Leave it to simmer for at least 30 minutes.

Bechamel: In a pan, add the butter and flour then add the full fat milk then season with bay leaves, white pepper, nutmeg and salt to taste.

In a pyrex, layer as follows: Bechamel, lasagne sheets, minced beef, cheese and repeat for 3-4 layers. Top if off with cheese then cover with parchment paper then foil and roast in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
