Marinate the chicken in ginger, vinegar and black pepper

Empty 2 packets of chunky in 2 bowls. Add water to one bowl and mix.

Dip the marinated chicken in the dry mix then the wet one then another dip in the dry one. Then fry for 5 minutes.

In a pan, add all sauce ingredients, stir and leave on low heat for 2 minutes.

Add the fried chicken to the sauce then garnish with spring onion and sesame. Serve with white rice.

You can replace sesame oil with vegetable oil.
