In a food processor, add cold ghee and powdered sugar and mix them well.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, kahk's smell, roasted sesame, and baking powder and mix well
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the ghee-sugar mixture, kneading to form a dough.
Knead until the dough comes together smoothly.
In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
Add this yeast-milk mixture to the dough and continue kneading until fully incorporated.
Once the dough is fully kneaded, stop and simply gather it into a ball.
Do not overwork the dough.
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each one into the traditional kahk cookie form. (Watch the video for technique.)
Leave it to rest for 15 minutes before baking.
Bake in then oven for 15 minutes at 170 degrees celsius.
