  1. Cut Chicken into cubes
  2. Marinate chicken for at least 30 mins and better over night
  3. In a hot pan add olive oil then sear chicken until golden color then set aside
  4. In the same pan add olive oil then minced onions, garlic, ginger and all the spices used in the chicken marinade
  5. Add little water, tomato paste, peanut butter (optional) , and coconut milk or cream and cook for 2 minutes
  6. Blend the sauce then add it back to the pan then add the chicken back and cook for 5 minutes
  7. Serve with basmati rice or flat bread
