Instructions

  1. Soak the hummus in water for a whole night, and change the water every couple of hours
  2. Boil the hummus in water and cumin
  3. Strain the hummus and wash it properly
  4. In a pan, add the hummus, onion, tomtao juice, water & cumin
  5. Put on low heat until fully cooked then season with salt
  6. Before serving, add lemon, chili powder and cumin
