Honey Garlic Chicken

  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, add flour and cornstarch then add all the spices: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, curry, chicken seasoning, black pepper, salt, and chili powder. Whisk the eggs, milk, and a pinch of black pepper (add to the flour mixture)
  3. Coat the chicken cubes in the spice mixture and set aside.
  4. Dip the chicken in breadcrumbs
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C and cook the chicken nuggets for 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes, flip the nuggets and cook at 200°C for another 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. For the honey garlic sauce: In a bowl, combine water and cornstarch, stirring until dissolved.
  8. In a work, add butter and minced garlic to the saucepan, cooking until fragrant.
  9. Add soy sauce, honey, and salt, stirring continuously then add the water and cornstarch mixture until the sauce thickens.
  10. Pour the sauce over the crispy chicken nuggets and garnish with sesame seeds.
  11. Serve with your favorite side dish or enjoy alone.
