Crafted with care, our Homemade Sushi offers a taste of Japan with a twist. Creamy Philadelphia cream cheese, succulent smoked salmon, avocado and crisp cucumber wrapped in delicate sushi rice, a gourmet delight that's perfect for any occasion.

  1. Rinse the rice well.
  2. In a pot cook the rice then in a wide plate spread the rice to cool down.
  3. Slice cucumbers and avocado.
  4. Drizzle some vinegar on the rice and stir.
  5. Cut the nori sheets into half.
  6. On a bamboo sushi rolling mat, place the nori sheets.
  7. Wet your hands with cold water and spread a thin layer of rice on the nori sheet.
  8. Flip the nori and add cream cheese, cucumber and avocado.
  9. Roll the sushi mat tightly over filling to make a roll.
  10. Top it with salmon slices and apply some gentle pressure using the sushi mat.
  11. Cut the roll into even rings.
  12. In a serving plate place the sushi rolls alongside with pickled ginger, wasabi paste, Teriyaki sauce and soy sauce.
