Rinse the rice well.

In a pot cook the rice then in a wide plate spread the rice to cool down.

Slice cucumbers and avocado.

Drizzle some vinegar on the rice and stir.

Cut the nori sheets into half.

On a bamboo sushi rolling mat, place the nori sheets.

Wet your hands with cold water and spread a thin layer of rice on the nori sheet.

Flip the nori and add cream cheese, cucumber and avocado.

Roll the sushi mat tightly over filling to make a roll.

Top it with salmon slices and apply some gentle pressure using the sushi mat.

Cut the roll into even rings.

In a serving plate place the sushi rolls alongside with pickled ginger, wasabi paste, Teriyaki sauce and soy sauce.
