Homemade Samosa & Kobeiba with Leftover Bread

  1. In a chopper, chop the cut fino bread. Add salt & pepper. Add water gradually until it forms a dough. Knead the dough using hands.
  2. On a silicon mat, brush some oil and spread the dough. Then use a cutter to make circles.
  3. Stuff with minced meat or cheese and close (watch video for technique).
  4. Prepare 2 bowls; 1 with milk seasoned with salt & pepper and the other with breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip the samosa & kobeiba in milk then in breadcrumbs.
  6. Deep fry the samosa & kobeiba in hot oil on medium heat and enjoy!
