Description

Delicious and crunchy homemade granola, perfect for breakfast or suhoor during Ramadan. You can adjust the ingredients to your liking.

Mix the ingredients well, then bake in the oven for ten minutes, stir and add raisins, then bake for another ten minutes. Let it cool, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  1. Mix all dry ingredients (granola, sesame seeds, coconut, chia seeds, mixed nuts) well.
  2. Add coconut oil, honey, peanut butter, and cinnamon, and mix well until all ingredients are coated.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for a total of 20 minutes (might need another 10 minutes, depending on your oven)
  5. Remove the baking sheet, stir the mixture, then add raisins.
  6. Return the baking sheet to the oven for an additional 10 minutes
  7. Remove the baking sheet and let the mixture cool completely.
  8. Place the granola in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator. It can last for a long time.
