Say goodbye to store-bought nuggets! Make delicious, tender homemade chicken nuggets from scratch with simple ingredients. They're easy to prepare and cook perfectly in the oven or air fryer.

  1. Remove any unwanted pieces from each Chicken Fillet piece. Place the chicken into a food processor.
  2. Add Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, and a dash of Black Pepper to the chicken in the food processor.
  3. Process until a very smooth dough-like consistency is achieved.
  4. Sprinkle All-Purpose Flour on a clean surface (like a countertop).
  5. Place the chicken dough onto the floured surface.
  6. Use a knife to flatten and shape the dough. Sprinkle a little flour on the knife to prevent sticking.
  7. Cut the dough into cubes.
  8. Prepare a breading station with separate dishes for All-Purpose Flour, beaten Eggs, and Breadcrumbs.
  9. Dredge each nugget piece first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
  10. Arrange the coated nuggets on a tray.
  11. Place them in the freezer until completely frozen. Ensure there are breadcrumbs both above and below the nuggets to prevent sticking.
  12. Once frozen, transfer the nuggets to a bag for storage.
  13. Cook the frozen nuggets for approximately 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C or in an air fryer until golden and cooked through.
