Remove any unwanted pieces from each Chicken Fillet piece. Place the chicken into a food processor.
Add Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, and a dash of Black Pepper to the chicken in the food processor.
Process until a very smooth dough-like consistency is achieved.
Sprinkle All-Purpose Flour on a clean surface (like a countertop).
Place the chicken dough onto the floured surface.
Use a knife to flatten and shape the dough. Sprinkle a little flour on the knife to prevent sticking.
Cut the dough into cubes.
Prepare a breading station with separate dishes for All-Purpose Flour, beaten Eggs, and Breadcrumbs.
Dredge each nugget piece first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
Arrange the coated nuggets on a tray.
Place them in the freezer until completely frozen. Ensure there are breadcrumbs both above and below the nuggets to prevent sticking.
Once frozen, transfer the nuggets to a bag for storage.
Cook the frozen nuggets for approximately 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C or in an air fryer until golden and cooked through.
