In a bowl, combine yogurt, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, lemon juice, vinegar, and olive oil.
Mix well and marinate the beef in this mixture for about 2 hours in the fridge.
Heat a pan with oil, and cook the marinated beef in batches to prevent overcrowding. Stir-fry until the beef is fully cooked and the liquids evaporate.
Garnish with parsley and add a squeeze of lemon juice if needed.
Toast the Lebanese bread for about 30 seconds to enhance its flavor.
Build your sandwich: Start with a layer of tahini sauce, add the beef shawarma, pickled cucumbers, red turnip, and onions.
Optionally, add french fries or tomato for extra flavor. Drizzle with some pomegranate molasses to enhance the taste.
Close the sandwich, and optionally grill the bread for a crispy finish.
