Description

Enjoy a simple and delicious Healthy Mango Ice Cream. This easy recipe uses Greek yogurt and fresh mango, coated in dark chocolate for a guilt-free frozen treat.

  1. Combine the Plain Greek Yogurt and diced Mango in a bowl. Mix them well.
  2. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray. Scoop a tablespoon of the mango-yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper.
  3. Place a wooden stick (like a popsicle stick) on top of the mixture.
  4. Add another tablespoon of the mango-yogurt mixture over the stick to cover it.
  5. Repeat for the remaining mixture to make 6 pieces.
  6. Place the tray in the freezer for about two hours, or until the pieces are completely frozen and firm.
  7. Melt the Dark Chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
  8. Remove the frozen mango-yogurt pieces from the freezer. Dip each piece entirely into the melted Dark Chocolate to coat it.
  9. Place the coated pieces back on the parchment paper. Return them to the freezer for another ten minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
