Grease a grilling pan with some olive oil.
Add the sliced veggies and grill on both sides then remove from pan.
Season veggies with salt & pepper and balsamic vinegar (optional).
Bring the tortilla bread and spread some hummus & tahini spread.
Add the grilled veggies.
Add feta cheese (or any cheese) on top.
Add lettuce on top then close the wrap (watch video for technique)
Grill on both sides for 2 minutes and enjoy.
