Instructions
In a bowl, add the ribs and season with soy sauce, thyme, minced garlic, ketchup, and honey.
Massage the ribs with the seasoning using your hands.
In another bowl, add the veggies (mushrooms, eggplants, and bell pepper).
Season the veggies with olive oil and basil pesto sauce. Use your hands to season well.
