Preheat your oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, mix cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, and mustard to create the marinade.
Brush the fish fillets generously with the marinade, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
Place the fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle sliced colored bell peppers and fresh dill over the fillets. Add orange zest for an extra citrusy flavor.
Lay lemon slices on top of the fillets for garnish and flavor.
Bake the fillets in the oven for 15 minutes or until fully cooked and flaky.
