Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

Prepare the marinade by mixing paprika, cumin, salt, thyme, black pepper, minced garlic, tomato paste, olive oil and hot water in a bowl.

Cut the peeled and washed potatoes into wedges and set them aside.

Cut the tomatoes.

Cut the carrots into small rings or tall fingers.

Add the rinsed and drained drumsticks to the potatoes and mix them well with the prepared marinade.

In a tray, add a layer of the potatoes and a layer of the drumsticks.

Add the veggies, garlic and red pepper to the tray.

Add the rest of the marinade on top.

Crease the butter paper then straighten it on top of the tray.

Bake it in a preheated oven for 45 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius.

Close the bottom flame and turn on the grill.
