Instructions
Whisk butter with brown sugar and oil very well.
Add egg and vanilla and whisk again.
Add molasses and mix with spatula.
Add nutmeg, ginger powder, cinnamon and cloves.
Add baking soda and salt and mix well with spatula.
Sift the flour then start folding (mixing) slowly.
Line a tray with parchment paper.
Use an ice-cream scooper to shape the cookies.
Coat the cookies batter with sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 8-12 minute.Take them out of the oven and wait a couple of minutes then transfer to a wire rack till they cool down.
