Instructions
To Prepare Kofta:
Combine minced meat, grated onion, breadcrumbs, and kofta spices in a large bowl.
Gradually add baking powder and soda water, mixing until the mixture is well combined.
Shape the kofta mixture into evenly sized fingers.
Bake the kofta in the oven.
Serve the kofta hot alongside the potato salad, garnishing the dish with chopped parsley on top.
To Prepare the Salad:
Fry the potato slices until golden and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine sliced onions, diced bell peppers, spices, sumac, chili flakes, salt, olive oil, and chopped parsley.
Gently fold in the fried or roasted potatoes.
