In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and cornstarch (or rice flour).

Preheat waffle machine and grease lightly with butter or oil spray.
Pour batter onto the hot waffle maker and cook until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings also we could freeze it as well.
