Instructions
On high heat, fry the eggplant cubes.
On low heat, boil the soaked hummus.
Fry the Lebanese bread bites.
In a bowl, season the fried eggplant cubes with salt, black pepper, cumin and pomegranate molasses.
Prepare the dressing by mixing minced garlic, lemon, salt, cumin, boiled hummus water and yogurt.
In the serving plate, add the fried Lebanese bread, fried eggplant cubes, boiled hummus and add the dressing on top.
Add raisins and your favorite nuts on top (optional step).
