  1. In a pan, add oil and chopped onion and stir well. Then add peeled and chopped tomato and tomato puree. Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt & cumin.
  2. Add cooking cream and stir then make space for the eggs and break the eggs. Let it cook on low heat then add ricotta cheese and enjoy.
