Description

Make a deliciously crispy Fried Cheese Sandwich: golden-brown toast with a gooey, melted cheese center. This easy recipe is perfect for a quick, satisfying snack!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Take a slice of Toast Bread and gently press down on the center to create an indentation.
  2. Place your chosen Cheese in the indented center of the toast.
  3. Place another slice of toast on top. Or just fold the toast slice in half.
  4. Press firmly around the edges to seal the two slices together, ensuring the cheese is enclosed and the sandwich is well-closed.
  5. Dip the sealed sandwich into the Beaten Egg, making sure it's fully coated.
  6. Immediately transfer the egg-coated sandwich to the Breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure an even and thorough coating.
  7. Heat Cooking Oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the breaded sandwich into the oil.
  8. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until it turns a beautiful golden-brown and becomes very crispy.
  9. Remove the fried sandwich from the oil and place it on paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve immediately.
