Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes, season with salt, pepper, and chicken seasoning. If you don't have chicken seasoning, you can substitute with a crumbled chicken stock cube. Cook until the chicken develops a golden brown color.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the chicken and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour in the cooking cream, sweet corn, and chopped dill. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the corn starch and cold milk until the corn starch is dissolved.
  6. Pour the corn starch mixture into the skillet with the chicken. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Transfer the chicken mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  10. Serve the creamy chicken over cooked white rice, garnished with extra dill if desired.
