  1. Clean the shrimp by removing the legs and antennae. Use scissors to cut the shell and devein the shrimp, opening them into a butterfly shape.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped dill, garlic, butter cubes, mustard, salt, a splash of orange juice, and lemon juice.
  3. Spread the filling onto each shrimp and set aside.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil and add flour. Stir until lightly golden.
  5. Pour in orange juice, lemon juice, and a small portion of the garlic and dill mixture.
  6. Simmer, then add fresh cream and mustard, mixing well until the sauce thickens.
  7. Heat a skillet until very hot and grill the stuffed shrimp until golden on both sides.
