Clean the shrimp by removing the legs and antennae. Use scissors to cut the shell and devein the shrimp, opening them into a butterfly shape.

In a bowl, mix chopped dill, garlic, butter cubes, mustard, salt, a splash of orange juice, and lemon juice.

Spread the filling onto each shrimp and set aside.
