Clean the shrimp and butterfly them (ask the fishmonger if needed).

In a bowl, prepare the marinade by combining butter, mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, paprika, cumin, black pepper and orange zest.

Marinate the shrimp in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a pan and place the shrimp in it, cooking until they develop a nice golden color, flipping them halfway. This should take about 5 minutes in total.

In the same pan, add some butter and minced garlic. Stir and add lemon juice, mustard, hot sauce (optional), and orange juice.

Add cream to the sauce and stir it in, reducing the heat. Add paprika, black pepper, and adjust the salt to taste.

Once the sauce has thickened, add chopped dill at the end.
