  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and knead without adding water. Sprinkle a little flour if needed.
  2. Place the dough in a bowl, grease with olive oil, and let it rest.
  3. Mix white cheese with za'atar, black seed, and spinach.
  4. Divide the dough into balls. Flatten each ball to the size of a palm. Place a spoonful of filling in the center, close the dough, and press gently.
  5. Heat a pan well. Cook the pastry on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
