Season the salmon with salt and pepper on all sides.
Heat the butter and oil in a pan over medium heat, then fry the salmon until cooked through.
In the same pan, add a little butter, turmeric, and minced garlic, then pour in the coconut milk.
Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and dill, and mix well to prepare the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the cooked salmon, covering it completely.
