Instructions
In a pan, add the butter and when it melts, add the sliced apples, the white and brown sugar, the cinnamon sticks, then the ground cinnamon
Mix the starch with a little water, then add the mixture to the apples to thicken and leave to boil for 2-3 minutes to turn into caramel
We put apples and caramel in the baking dish
We mix all the ingredients of the dough and spread it over the apples and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the surface becomes golden brown
Serve hot with vanilla ice cream
