  1. Melt the dark chocolate and mix in the peanut butter and honey.
  2. Break up the rice cakes into small pieces and mix well.
  3. Place parchment paper in any pan and add in the mixture.
  4. Press it down well so that it is compact.
  5. Leave in the fridge for an hour and then cut it into thin pieces.
  6. Store it in the fridge and take it out 10 mins before eating and enjoy!
