  1. In a blender, add the double cream, powdered milk, and condensed milk. Blend until a creamy consistency is formed.
  2. Line a cake pan with a plastic sheet, and pour the mixture over.
  3. Spread evenly and place in the freezer.
  4. In a pot over heat, add some water and place another smaller pot inside the larger one with water (a water bath or double boiler).
  5. Add cooking chocolate or milk chocolate in the smaller pan to melt.
  6. Get the cream out of the freezer and flip it into a serving dish.
  7. Remove the plastic sheet, and pour the melted chocolate over, covering it all.
