Ingredients
⇵
Method 1: Spicy Pepper Sauce Only
Method 2: With Rayeb
Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
In a bowl, toss one portion of the chicken cubes with a generous amount of Sedjet Aged Habanero Pepper Sauce, Salt, and Black Pepper.
In a separate bowl, toss the other portion of chicken cubes with Sedjet Aged Habanero Pepper Sauce, Rayeb, Salt, and Black Pepper.
Allow both batches of chicken to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer. Place the chicken cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overlapping. Do not add any oil.
Air fry the chicken for 10 minutes, or until fully cooked. The exact cooking time may vary based on the size of the chicken cubes.
The chicken marinated with only the spicy pepper sauce will have a crispier, more caramelized crust.
The chicken marinated with rayeb will be juicier and have a milder flavor but a less crispy exterior.
